WHAT WE COLLECT
We collect certain data that allows other NeonGrid users, with whom you have an invited connection, to identify or contact you, including, for example, your name, age, gender, address, telephone number, email address, as well as any other non-public information about you ("Personal Information"). For example, to access some activities on the Site, you will be required to set up a user account. When you create an account, we will collect certain Personal Information, including, but not limited to, your email address, city, website URL, name, and birthday. If you are logged in, we may associate that information with your account. Any Personal Information that you voluntarily publicly disclose or post online may be collected and used by others. Other users of the Site can contact you by leaving a message/comment on the Site or any other method provided.
CORRECTING/UPDATING/DELETING/DEACTIVATING PERSONAL INFORMATION
If your Personal Information changes (such as zip code, phone, email or postal address) or if you no longer desire to hold an account, the Site provides a method to correct or update your Personal Information or delete or deactivate your account. You may control the information that is available to other users of the Site at any time by editing your account and the features that are included on your Profile page. NeonGrid is not responsible for the content of any third party advertisements or for any material or content accessible through any links that may be accessible through the Site.
This Site is not intended for use by those under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 18.
Your Personal Information is kept on servers protected against intrusion by technological means such as firewalls. These servers are kept in secure locations and access is granted only to our employees and agents on a need to know basis. We use industry standard methods to ensure the security of your Personal Information, however, there can be no guarantee against unauthorized access.
