NeonGrid LLC ("NeonGrid", "we", "us", "our") provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information received from users of ("Site"). Personal Information
We collect certain data that allows other NeonGrid users, with whom you have an invited connection, to identify or contact you, including, for example, your name, age, gender, address, telephone number, email address, as well as any other non-public information about you ("Personal Information"). For example, to access some activities on the Site, you will be required to set up a user account. When you create an account, we will collect certain Personal Information, including, but not limited to, your email address, city, website URL, name, and birthday. In the event NeonGrid goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company or acquisition of our assets (including pursuant to a bankruptcy transaction), Personal Information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. This Privacy Policy is subject to occasional revision, and if we make any material changes in the way we use your Personal Information, we will notify you by sending you an email to the last email address you provided to us and/or by prominently posting notice of the changes on our Site. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon the earlier of thirty (30) calendar days following our dispatch of an e-mail notice to you or thirty (30) calendar days following our posting of notice of the changes on our site.
